CANCELLATIONS: If notice of cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to arrival date, then the deposit is refunded less a $35 administrative fee. If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, the refund is based on the number of nights which are re-rented, less a $50 administrative fee or 10% of the reserved stay, which ever is greater. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. Sorry, no refunds for early departure, inclimate weather or personal reasons. |
